TheMedOnTrackMotorsports (referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our') is a Delhi-NCR-based motorsports brand operating events, an upcoming drift academy, and a merchandise label. This policy applies to all users of themedontrackmotorsports.com.

When you sign up for early access, place an order, contact us, or enquire about sponsorship, we collect: name, email address, phone number, shipping address (when applicable), and the message or preferences you submit. When you browse the site we collect basic technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited — through standard cookies and analytics.

To respond to your enquiry, fulfil your order, send you relevant updates about events or product drops you signed up for, improve the website experience, and meet our legal obligations such as invoicing and tax records. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for their marketing.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are accurate. Slight variations in colour, fit, or finish may occur due to display settings or production batches. We reserve the right to correct errors and update content at any time.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortfall. If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the full amount will be refunded.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Participation in any event, academy session, or driving experience is subject to a separate participant agreement, including waivers of liability. Motorsport activities carry inherent risk; participants are responsible for following all instructions and safety guidelines.

All trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, written content, and brand assets on this site are the property of TheMedOnTrackMotorsports. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

If you submit messages, enquiries, or feedback through this site, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content for service-related purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or process refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. Please review your order — including size, colour, and quantity — carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it for the same item. To be eligible: (a) the damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, (b) the item must be unused and in original packaging, (c) clear photos of the damage must be shared with us by email.

If we ship the wrong item by mistake (wrong product, wrong size, wrong variant), we will arrange a free exchange for the correct item. Report this within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

Email themedontrackmotorsports@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with: your order ID, photos showing the damage or issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost. The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and verify the original. The full process typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

Orders can be cancelled at no charge if requested before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Email us as soon as possible to request cancellation; we will confirm whether the order has shipped.

We are a small-batch limited-drop apparel brand. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements; customers are advised to review this carefully before placing an order. As a general rule, size-related exchanges are not accepted. In exceptional cases of severe size discrepancy versus our published size guide, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we will review on a case-by-case basis. Customer-side preference issues (fit feels different than expected, ordered the wrong size, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery, items showing signs of use, items missing original packaging or tags, items damaged due to mishandling after delivery, and any custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time. Customers outside India can reach out via Instagram for custom arrangements.

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. Any free-shipping thresholds will be clearly indicated on the cart page.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery within India usually takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Remote PIN codes and Tier-3 locations may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and / or SMS. You can use the link to follow your shipment in real time.

Weather conditions, courier disruptions, festival rush, regional restrictions, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed of significant delays affecting your order.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we will reach out to arrange a re-shipment. Re-shipment may carry additional charges.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please refer to our Exchange Policy for next steps. Reporting must be within 48 hours of delivery.
